Hi,
When I click the button on the wiki to register our team for the challenge, it comes up with an empty list. We do have a team registered in Synapse, though. How do I register our team so I can properly submit on behalf of the team?

No problem at all! I can confirm that both your submissions have been received. You will receive an email after the submission has been validated. The submission queue runs once a day right now, but I will increase the number of times it runs soon. Thanks for your participation.

Try to submit again to the challenge via the web UI. I just made one of your submission invalid. Please let me know if you run into the same trouble. Its weird because the system is not logging any of your other submissions...

When I click on the file that was uploaded into synapse and try to 'submit
to challenge' via the 'Tools' tab, it says that I cannot submit for the
team because I have a conflicting submission. All the other team members
are checked, and I'm unchecked with a 'Has a conflicting submission' label
assigned.
Perhaps I should just try to submit again from the command-line and use our
Team name....?

No problem at all. I don't actually see any of your submissions. Did you get emails about your submission being valid? If not, then you don't have any submissions. I have been tracking any submissions that have been submitted to the queue.
If you did get emails about your submission, could you please give me the submissionIds (They are in the email)
Are you getting an error message when you try to submit?

We've made some progress. It looks like my earlier submission(s) may have gone through as individual instead of team. Is there a way I can remove my personal submissions so that I can submit properly as a team now? Is there a way for me to do this myself? I've apparently uploaded 4 cwls to synapse and they're all attached to me.

May I ask what the code you executed was? `python ....` You seem to have just uploaded your files to a synapse project but not actually submitted anything to the challenge queues.
One other thing I noticed was that you are actually not the `Team Manager`. I think only Team Managers are allowed to register the team to the challenge. Please kindly have @TimothyTickle try to register your team to the challenge.

Thanks, Thomas. I've confirmed that we're all registered for the challenge, but our team is still not showing up as an option. Is there anything else I can do? Dear Brian,
One possibility is that there your teammates are actually not registered for the challenge which will then not show your team in the list of teams eligible for register. Please kindly let me know if having your teammates register for the challenge solves this error.
