Could anyone confirm that an IRB review is needed to access the AN Merge dataset? The DUA doesn't mention it, but the data upload page does. I am a little surprised that an IRB review is required for secondary analyses of de-identified data (see also post from noel.faux on 04/04/2018 and response), so wanted to confirm.
