We organize the Brain Tumor Sequence Registration Challenge (BraTS-Reg) in conjunction with MICCAI2022. The BraTS-Reg challenge focuses on estimating correspondences between baseline pre-operative and follow up scans of the same patient diagnosed with a brain glioma and intends to establish a benchmark environment for deformable registration algorithms. The training and validation data has been released and leaderboard is also live! More details about the challenge can be found at: https://www.med.upenn.edu/cbica/brats-reg-challenge/

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the Brain Tumor Sequence Registration Challenge (BraTS-Reg) dataset associated with the MICCAI 2022 conference. I am particularly interested in accessing the training and validation data for my research. I have attempted to navigate the CBICA Image Processing Portal but have encountered difficulties in locating the appropriate resources for downloading the dataset. Could you please provide guidance on how to access the BraTS-Reg dataset? Additionally, I would like to confirm whether the dataset is still available for researchers as it appears that the website may be deprecated. Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.
