Hi, Thank you for giving us access to this excellent dataset! I am digging into the SLE data, and saw that Horisberger et. al had published data with NIH activity scores (https://www.jci.org/articles/view/181034/figure/2). In their supplemental data, they provide a table with demographic information and clinical scores under tab '2G', but do not provide the sample IDs. Is this data available somewhere? I did not see it under the 'Phase II Cytoff' files. Thank you! Olivia Ellis@

The information you are looking for can be found in [ClinicalData.xlsx](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn65986765) (syn65986765). This user-defined clinical metadata file includes the subject id, Activity and Chronicity scores.
