Dear participants, We finally got the setup in CMT for submission to ISBI Challenge Track sub-proceedings. If you choose to send your manuscript for ISBI sub-proceedings review, it needs to be in ISBI format but can include the authors names. You need to log into CMT and look for ISBI 2022, then look for "Challenge 4-page paper" and then submit the paper. We?ll notify by March 24th if your paper is accepted, and if accepted you will need to register as author to the conference by March 27th. Note the tight schedule between acceptance notification and conference registration, so if you need to get some approvals for registration fees, you may want to start it now. Alternately, if you choose not to submit your manuscript for ISBI sub-proceedings, you should upload it as additional file in the Synapse project you already created for round 3: KNIGHT Challenge - Kidney clinical Notes and Imaging to Guide and Help personalize Treatment and biomarkers discovery Round3 [Your team name] For both cases, we are extending the submission deadline to **March 20th 23:59 PST**, and please let us know the method you used for submission of your manuscript ? CMT or Synapse. Please reach out if you have any questions or issues, Knight challenge organizers.
