Dear participants,
The current Leaderboard following final round 3 is published [here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn26544501/wiki/616825).
Next, we would like to get your manuscripts for review. Afterwards, we?ll announce the official Knight challenge winners in the ISBI challenge workshop on March 28th 18:15-19:15 (https://biomedicalimaging.org/2022/tentative-program-schedule/).
We still don?t have final answers regarding the sub-proceedings that involves all the six ISBI challenges. Given that, you can choose to write your manuscript in [ISBI format](https://biomedicalimaging.org/2022/guidelines-author-4-page/), so you can reuse it for the submission to sub-proceedings if it happens.
The paper is expected to include:
o Related work.
o A methods section containing a list of methods that were evaluated/tried by participants and a detailed description of the selected method that was finally submitted to the challenge.
o A results section with a detailed description of the experimental evaluation on the validation set, and ablation studies if they exist.
o Discussion
Alternatively, you can choose to write your manuscript in open format, and then include a description of your methods and discoveries.
In both cases you are encouraged to write also on the bonus task 3 if you have results on it. The task 3 is: Discovery of prognostic biomarkers associated with adjuvant therapy candidacy.
The deadline for the manuscript is ** March 16th 23:59 PST** and you should upload it as additional file in the synapse project you already created for round 3:
