studyAbstract: This study used Two Sample Mendelian Randomization (2SMR) on 4,112 GWAS traits and five definitions of longevity to identify 685 significant associations. Findings highlight negative links between cancer, obesity, Type 2 diabetes and longevity, and positive roles for cardiovascular health. Results provide candidate mechanisms and intervention targets for healthy aging.
