Hi there, Does anyone where know where I might find a count matrix (or set of count matrices) for the snRNAseq microglia assays from ROSMAP?

Hello! It looks like only the raw fastq files are on Synapse, however the paper (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-19737-2) has a counts matrix available as Supplementary Data 14. Hopefully that's what you're looking for! Jaclyn
