does the meta file include mutation status and drug treatment?

Hi I would like to know if the metafile of the RNA-seq data includes the mutation status (eg., PS1, PS2, APP) and the drug info (especially approved AD drugs prescribed to the patient)? if not, is there any way to get such info? Thanks. Bin
