Hi there, Unfortunately I don't have any further information on the "EmoryStrictDx.2019" values in that file at syn21266449. @edammer, can you help point us to a reference for those values? In the meantime, the neuropathology and cognitive dx information for ROSMAP individuals can be found in the clinical metadata file here: syn3191087. There are also some publications cited in the [methods description of the TMT proteomics data](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyDetails?Study=syn3219045#Methods-ProteomicsTMTquantitation) which you might be able to look into.
