NIA-Reagan score in ROSMAP metadata

Hello, there are so many metadata file for ROSMAP dataset and there are so many score informations in there (braaksc, ceradsc, cogdx, dcfdx_lv etc.) But some studies used NIA-Reagan scores. How can I obtain these score information for Rosmap RNA-seq data? thank you. Elif.

Hi Elif, our ROSMAP clinical metadata in the AD Portal does not include NIA-Reagan scores. However, you can contact RADC to request additional clinical data for these individuals: https://www.radc.rush.edu/home.htm. Best, Abby
