Hi,
I was wondering why the age_death variable is continuous for all samples below 90, but from 90 it seems to become a 90+ category as opposed to a continuous age.
Where can we have the full detail of the continuous variable for all samples?
Also, what is the cts_mmse30_first_ad_dx variable? ' cts_mmse30' It is not in the codebook.
Thank you!
Eléonore
Created by ELEONORE SCHNEEGANS ems2817 Hi Eléonore, the AD Portal does not release age values greater than 89 in order to protect individual privacy. Any age value >89 is recorded as 90+. For additional phenotypes from ROSMAP data (I think what you are likely asking about), you can contact the Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center: https://www.radc.rush.edu/.
The `cts_mmse30_first_ad_dx` in the ROSMAP clinical metadata is "Mini Mental State Examination score at first Dx of AD". The codebook pdf doesn't have it, but it is included in the dictionary table o n [this Synapse wiki page](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn3191087). I'll ask Rush if we need an updated codebook file.
Best,
Abby
