Hi All, I am interested in analyzing the ROSMAP monocytes RNA data (syn22024496). The data link seems to contain only the original fastq files. To avoid additional preprocessing and QC steps, I am wondering if any more advanced/preprocessed data version exists. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, Yasser

Hi Yasser, I believe we only have the fastqs from the monocyte RNA seq data. However, @jmquinones81 is listed as having uploaded the files, and may be able to help point you to a processed version of the data if one is available.
