Hi All, I am interested in analyzing the ROSMAP monocytes RNA data (syn22024496). The data link seems to contain only the original fastq files. To avoid additional preprocessing and QC steps, I am wondering if any more advanced/preprocessed data version exists. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, Yasser

Hi Abby and @jmquinones81, I am working with the ROSMAP monocyte RNA-seq dataset (syn22024496) and could not find any processed gene-level expression matrix (counts/TPM/FPKM) in Synapse. I noticed similar questions were raised previously in this thread, but there has been no update for some time. Is there currently any plan to release a processed gene-level expression matrix? Hi Yasser, I believe we only have the fastqs from the monocyte RNA seq data. However, @jmquinones81 is listed as having uploaded the files, and may be able to help point you to a processed version of the data if one is available.
