Coding allele & imputation quality for ROSMAP imputed dosage files

I have a question regarding imputed genetic data (dosage files) for ROSMAP (syn3157325). Is there a header available to document the columns of the dosage files (build of the position, which allele is coded as 2)? I assume that the order of participants in the fam files matches the order in the dosage file. Also, where can we get the imputation quality information for the genetic variants?
