meaning of CERAD score value

Hi there, For the MSBB individual meta data (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6101474), each individual has a CERAD score with value being 1, 2, 3 or 4. Will you please let us how the CEARD value can be mapped to disease status (for example, 1 represents AD or no-AD)? Thanks! Best, Hongdong
