Greetings, My question concerns the data deposited in folder: syn21638690. In the wiki section of TMT proteomics data in StJude_BannerSun project, it is mentioned in this project whole proteome and **phosphoproteomics** profiling has performed. I am aware of the location of intensity table of proteomics data that is deposited in MSBB project (here: syn24983526). However, I couldn't find such table for phosphoproteomics data, neither in the MSBB nor in the StJude_BannerSun project. I was wondering is this dataset available or is in your data sharing policy to make this available? It is worthwhile to mention that, in [Table S2](https://ars.els-cdn.com/content/image/1-s2.0-S089662731931058X-mmc3.xlsx) of [Deep Multilayer Brain Proteomics Identifies Molecular Networks in Alzheimer?s Disease Progression](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S089662731931058X?via%3Dihub) phosphoproteomics data is available, but the data is grouped and summarized based on the groups in the design of experiment relevant to that study, while I am looking for phosphoproteomics data for each individual sample (exactly like what it is provided for TMT proteomics data: syn24983526 but for phosphoproteomics profiling).
