meta analysis for eQTL from different cohort

Hi team, Thank you for this wonderful dataset. I am interested to conduct meta-analysis for same tissue eQTL from different cohorts (varying sample size). There are tools out to perform meta-analysis from different tissues, but not cohorts. Do you've any pointers? Thanks.
