Hello everyone, I did obtain the filtered logCPM data in syn8484987 (filename: MSSM_FP_STG_PHG_IFG_logCPM.tsv). Now, I'd need raw counts for DE analysis, but this data as well as the logCPM ones are no longer open. Is there a way to convert logCPM to raw counts, based on additional open data, i.e. library size? Thank you Mariangela
