Hi, I've been looking into MSBB clinical metadata - syn6101474 - and corresponding proteomics metadata - syn6100412 In the proteomics file (syn6100412) there is a column called bbscore, which I believe is Braak score. There are, however, about 22 entries where the proteomics metadata file shows NA instead of the same value as in the clinical metadata file. E.g. 30th record in the proteomics file. Also the wiki on the proteomics metadata file seems to be out of date, as it references non-existing columns . I am going ahead and ignoring this column, so this is for future reference. Thanks, Jarda
