Case/Control data regarding ROSMAP p180 data?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a metadata file somewhere that contains clinical data for the samples from the ROSMAP p180 brain (syn10235595) and p180 serum (syn10235596) studies? Specifically I'm trying to figure out the AD/CN ratio for each study.
