Mayo RNA-Seq poly+?

Dear All, Does anybody know whether Mayo RNA-Seq data was generated using polyA+ library preparation? I checked its method description which included 101 paired base pairs, but no detail of rRNA depletion or polyA+ pull down, etc. Thanks, Shirley

The Mayo RNAseq libraries were generated using Ribo-Zero, ie by removing ribosomes, and not polyA + enrichment.
Thanks for your quick response. Was the Mayo RNA-Seq data was generated with polyA + selection, similar to the ROSMAP RNA-seq data?
The Mayo RNA-Seq data was generated with rRNA depletion.
