Hi there, I am looking at the MSBB RNA-seq expression data (syn7391833), which are all gene-level expression data. I wonder whether the isoform-level expression data could be made available. Thanks! Best, Hongdong

Hi @hongdong We aren't planing on this at the moment, but the bam files are here: syn7416949 if you want to quantify isoforms.
