Hi, I want to compare my animal studies with Agora DE genes, and found this:syn19001570 I could get access to logFC, pvalue, correctedP-values, May I know what's the statistic comparisons for those p-values? Are they the DE between AD vs NCI or (AD+MCI) vs NCI ? Best regards, Raymond
