Where can we find the clinical information of the ROSMAP imputed genotype data? Also, what is the difference between the imputed and the ROSMAP imputed dosage chop_Illumina? Thank you!!

See the ID key file here for a mapping between genotypes and individual IDs and the clinical data file: syn3157322. We are missing clinical variables on some of the individuals that have genotypes, but no functional data. An updated clinical file will be provided by Rush . Join the @AMPADDataReleaseUpdates team for a direct notice of when that is in place. The data was generated in 2 batches on the Affy and Illumina platforms
