lacking quality string for fastq files

Hi I was trying to use syn8612213 to generate count matrix. But some of the fastq files did not have complete formate such as 871_CER.FCC79ALACXX_L6IACTTGA.r1.fastq.gz, it's not a complete fastq files which lack the quality string at the end if you check the end of the file. Best, Junming
