Reg RNA-Seq from JAX_APPPS1 Synapse id: syn9850001, modified mouse reference?

Hi, Reg: RNA-Seq from JAX_APPPS1 Synapse id: syn9850001 I am interested to know if, a "modified reference" was used in the RNA-seq analysis for transgenic mice, reflecting the Humanized APP-Swe and Humanized PS1delE9 sequences that were engineered into the mouse genome. If so, is it possible for me to obtain these specific reference sequences? Thanks Nandita

Hi Nandita, We have not used a modified reference for alignment of the RNA-Seq data. Asli
