Batch number of syn4212861 (RNASeq, ROSMAP)

Hi, For syn4212861, I got the bam file of sample "492_120515". And in syn4300313, the same sample has three different batches 0, 6 and 7. Which number should I use during my analysis? There is a related discussion below, but do not mentioned this. Hello @Raymond2018 We used batch 7. The rationale for our analysis was to use the high-quality samples. So if exist multiple samples then we used the one with higher RIN. Best, @th_vairam
