Hi, I get an error trying to download methylation IDAT files for ROSMAP cohort. synapse get -r syn7357283 making dir ./5821203012 The synapse id syn7391594 is not a container (Project/Folder), attempting to get the entity anyways ValueError: The provided id: syn7391594 is was neither a container nor a File The download process gets interrupted and so, the remaining samples do not get downloaded. Can you please update IDAT data for the missing sample. Or, is there an alternate command to download the remaining samples? Thanks for helping. Sharvari
