Meta data for syn7391833 (NormalizedExpression)

Hello, I would like to use the normalized expression data to validate some of my results. However I am not sure how to link the individualIdentifier in the metadata to the expression file. Can you advise me oh how to do this and how to obtain access if this information is controlled? Many thanks, Heba

Hi @hebasailem, The columns of the normalized expression file map to the `barcode` column of the [MSBB RNAseq covariates](syn6100548) file (syn6100548). The covariates file contains individualIdentifier columns as well as sampleIdentifier columns. I hope this helps and please let us know if there's anything else we can clarify, Yooree
