I am performing an analysis using the mRNA count data, specifically this dataset: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7391749 I would like to model the data according to the clinical traits/phenotype data; however, I cannot seem to locate the spreadsheet that maps the two. For example the first few samples have the following IDs: "X16955" "X16365" "X17155" ... How would I best obtain the clinical information? Thank you in advance, John Stephen Malamon, PhD Candidate
