Hi @Fatimasf and @ecosta_sage, Hope you are doing well. I came across an [AMP-AD dataset from the frontal cortex](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn55249985) and noticed that 106 individuals have two substantially different samples in this dataset (e.g., in terms of protein coverage and abundance levels), while the [metadata](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn51757646) only contains one record per individual. I was wondering if you happen to know whether there is additional information available somewhere for these samples, such as collection date or age at collection. Alternatively, would it be appropriate to select one sample for each of these individuals? I noticed that the duplicated samples seem to come from different cohorts, with one from EMDP and the other from Mayo/MSSM. Thank you very much for your help! Cc’ing my PI, @ahuels, for visibility. Best, Shifan
