Good afternoon, I am initiating the process within my university of creating a Data Use Certificate (DUC) to access ROSMAP study data offered by the AD Knowledge Portal. My institution requires an intake internal request form prior to working with me to craft my DUC. Part of this intake form requires me to submit contact information regarding the names, email addresses and phone numbers of the scientist(s) and contract specialists that provide the data. To access this information, should I just use information of specific investigators responsible for generating said data in the ROSMAP study or is there specific contact information standard for the ROSMAP study/ AD Knowledge Portal that I should provide?
