Dear AD Knowledge Portal team and community, I am trying to locate the single-nucleus RNA-seq (snRNA-seq) dataset from the following publication: Philippe TJ, Kearns N, Avey DR, et al. "Single-nuclei RNA-Sequencing of Postmortem Choroid Plexus Uncovers Dysfunction in Alzheimer's Disease." Alzheimer's & Dementia, 2025. DOI: 10.1002/alz.094997 This study performed snRNA-seq on choroid plexus tissue from 68 ROSMAP participants (NCI, MCI, and Alzheimer's Dementia), identifying 14 major cell types and characterizing disease-associated transcriptional changes. I have accessed the ROSMAP project on Synapse (syn2580853) and browsed the AD Knowledge Portal, but I was unable to locate the choroid plexus snRNA-seq files — specifically, the tissue type "choroid plexus" does not appear as a filter option in the Data Explorer. Could anyone advise on the following: 1. Have the raw or processed data (e.g., count matrices, Seurat/AnnData objects, cell metadata) from this study been uploaded to Synapse? 2. If so, could you share the specific Synapse ID (syn########) for the relevant files or folder?
