Hello, it is a bit difficult to find general information about data before we apply for access. For example, in syn52146347 it has been very difficult to find the number of samples processed for single nucleus RNAseq and how many of these samples are AD vs control donors. Can someone please advise how to quickly find this information?
Created by Melise Edwards Melise9 The information that we have is available on the related study page in the AD Knowledge Portal; syn52146357 is part of the [The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) Study](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyDetails?Study=syn26223298). Note that you must to click the "Show More' link that's displayed under the first part of each section to reveal additional content. If the information provided on the study page is not sufficient, you may be able to learn more by following the links to the specimen sources provided in that section, or by visiting the [SEA-AD](https://brain-map.org/consortia/sea-ad) site directly.
More generally, you can navigate from a Synapse data folder to the related AD Knowledge Portal study page by following the link in the banner near the top of the Synapse folder page. The banner includes the portal logo and this link text:

I hope that this information helps.
