Where can we access the newer version 10 of the syn6101474 individual metadata from MSBB? Currently what is available for download seems to be the older version of metadata.

The file sharing settings are set up to allow anyone logged in to download it, so I want to make sure that v10 is visible to you to begin with. Can you confirm what info you're seeing when you navigate to that Synapse page? It won't let me add a screenshot, but the top of the page should look like the following:

If the V10 is there and the md5sum matches, then you should be looking at the latest version and should be able to download it. If you still can't download V10 but can download an older version, can you describe what happens when you try to download V10?
