Hi, I been trying to analyze the rna seq data single cell or single nucleus rna seq from the 3xTG-AD UCI study, but their csv's on biospecimen labels does not match any of the coding in the labeling for the individual files. Can somebody help me with this ? Will greatly appreciate it!

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. For the single cell data, each of the individual file are annotated with specimenID, which can be mapped to the biospecimen metadata files. To go to the annotations, you can hover over the tag symbol next to the file or you can download a list of all relevant fastq files and their annotations through the AD Knowledge Portal. Here is a link that has pre-filtered for single cell RNA Seq for the UCI_3xTg-AD study: https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Data?qw0=H4sIAAAAAAAAE7XOsQrCQBAE0H%2FZOl5jl0[…]2BYxAbPe%2FRTQ%2Bobg7rEBvWX0XFoiPh%2FHoDPk6gE5wBAAA%3D . If you click the download button on the right, you can export a spreadsheet that includes file names, synapse IDs, and annotations including specimenID, or it will give you several programmatic options to do the same thing
