Hi Team, Thank you for sharing this valuable harmonized dataset. I see the .h5ad object contains ~7.5M cells which corresponds with the cell count on the ROSMAP compass portal (https://ccb-compute.cs.uni-saarland.de/rosmap_compass_ui/about/). Is there a plan to release a processed object containing the 22,481,473 cells referenced in the preprint? Thanks Niall
