Hi all, Is there a way to access the metadata for all datasets on the portal, including the metadata associated with their studies? e.g. if I want to see which datasets have single cell RNAseq data for disease "D". We need this before deciding which datasets to request access for. These could be across multiple studies. Also, do we also have cell count, number of subjects etc in the metadata somewhere? Thanks, Rahul Tyagi

Hi Rahul, I am going to point you to the AD Knowledge Portal Help docs [here](https://help.adknowledgeportal.org/apd/About-Metadata.2241626149.html) where you can also find a link to the metadata dictionary. The metadata dictionary will let you know which metadata fields are included in certain metadata files. If you want to get an idea on the metadata that are available for all studies on the portal, you can navigate to the [Explore > Data](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Data) page on the portal and filter by **Resource Type = Metadata** to filter down further to the metadata files you may want to download. The facets on the explore by data page are the best way to narrow down data files to your criteria. Let me know if you have any further questions! Melissa
