I’m having trouble accessing the H3K27ac BAM files in dataset syn38294603. The dataset shows an unlocked icon for me, but in the items list, the files were missing with a notification saying 511 files were unavailable. Could Synapse staff or the dataset owners please check whether the current access settings are configured as intended, or advise on how I might request access to these BAM files? Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems accessing the BAM files. From your description of the issue, it's unclear to me where you are seeing the missing file notification. Are you seeing that in the Download List after adding the dataset? When I add the dataset files to my Download List, I do see an alert indicating that I can't download the BAM files. However, that alert says that 506 of the 513 files are ineligible for packaging, but no errors that indicate that any files are missing. If that's the same error that you are getting, you can work around the issue by downloading those files individually. This is rather tedious to do using the web UI, so you may want to take a programmatic approach instead.
