Hi there, I am wondering if there is any data available for cognitive tests and/or clinical diagnosis of the subjects studied in the AMP-AD diverse cohorts (syn51757646). It looks like the ADoutcome is purely based on neuropathology but not cognition. Do we assume that the AD/Control subjects will have their respective cognitive performance? Thanks!

Hello @qwang178, Apologies for the very late response. You are correct that AD/Control case status in this dataset was defined based on neuropathological data rather than cognitive measures. Because the availability and structure of clinical and cognitive data varied across contributing sites, it was not feasible to harmonize those metadata across cohorts for this release. Best, Will
