Missing metadata for Gene Expression (snRNAseq - 10x) raw, multi-region, syn52383413

Hello, I was trying to find a metadata file that would help link the raw data back to different brain regions, but could not find such information in the metadata section. Would you please help with this? Thank you!

@gracexiao99 Hi Grace; thanks for reaching out. I have confirmed with the PI for this study that you can use the 'tissue' column in the metadata file MIT_ROSMAP_Multiomics_biospecimen_metadata.csv (syn52430345), as it indicates the anatomical region for each sample.
