Hi, I have a question regarding syn52408613. Only adata.obs I can see was cell barcode with sample region signs attached (AG_, Th_, etc). Which meta data file(s) will allow me to assign sample informations including sex, age, Barrak stage, etc in adata.obs? Thank you.

I did want to make sure that you are also aware that syn3191087 has only a limited set of the full ROSMAP clinical data. If you need uncensored ages or additional phenotypes, you'll need to submit a request directly to the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center through their [https://www.radc.rush.edu/](Research Resource Sharing Hub). The combination of the barcode data ; syn52408579 and sample information; syn3191087 enable to generate the necessary metadata (thanks for the help by @hmathys).
