Hi! I observed that in Liu et al paper there is information about how to calculate the resilience score and they do associations between that score and epigenomic rewiring. I wonder if those scores for each patient are available somewhere. Thank you.

You will have to contact the authors of the paper and see if they can send you the resilience scores. The data is the syn3191087 and the paper is "Single-cell multiregion epigenomic rewiring in Alzheimer’s disease progression and cognitive resilience" by Liu et al. Hello,
