Hello, I am currently working with the SEA-AD dataset (specifically single-nuclei data) and am looking for the official codebook, particularly the classification criteria used to define Alzheimer's Disease (AD), Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and related diagnoses. My goal is to ensure that my classifications are consistent with the ROSMAP dataset definitions. Could anyone please let me know where I can find the SEA-AD codebook or relevant documentation that details these classifications? Thank you very much for your assistance! Best regards, Jenny

Hi @jaempawi, We have documentation for the SEA-AD study here: https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease/seattle-alzheimers-disease-brain-cell-atlas-download Donors brain tissue undergoes a full post-mortem neuropathological examination and diagnosis by certified neuropathologists using the NIA-AA criteria. Please see the "Donor metadata," "SEA-AD cohort information," "Donor metadata brief descriptions," and "Consensus clinical diagnosis" documents. If there are further questions, please reach out to me.
@eitan.kaplan Hi Eitan -- I hope you don't mind the ping here, but I am curious if there is a file that details the SEA-AD criteria for the diagnoses this user is asking about. I visited the [https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease/whatis](https://portal.brain-map.org/explore/seattle-alzheimers-disease/whatis) page, but I am not entirely sure if the visuals answer this user's question. Thank you! Kind regards, Victor
