If I want to look at the snRNAseq samples for the MTG or any other brain region from the SEA-AD do you I download assay "snRNAseq" or "snscrnaSeq,ATACSeq" ? Thanks,

In general, if you are interested in gene expression results, you'll want the snRNseq files; the ATACSeq files contain chromatin accessibility results. All of the data and metadata files for [The Seattle Alzheimer’s Disease Brain Cell Atlas (SEA-AD) Study](https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies/DetailsPage/StudyDetails?Study=syn26223298) are available on that study's Data tab in the AD Knowledge Portal.
