Hello I am trying to follow the instructions https://help.adknowledgeportal.org/apd/Analysis-Platforms.3088482318.html to connect to synapse using CAVATICA. However after going to the data access section in the settings there is no section for synapse portal nor any mention of synapse. Is there some additional steps that are needed that are not mentioned in the documentation? Is anyone successfully using this connection currently?
Created by Seth Paulson Seth_Jun Hello, I just made a test account and saw the same issue. I did find a way around it: go to the home page (https://cavatica.sbgenomics.com/home) and on the bottom right is a section called "External connections". Synapse Portal appears in that list for me. If you click "Manage connections" below that, it takes you to the correct page to connect to Synapse.
Hopefully that works for you. If it does not, my only other suggestion is to contact Cavatica customer support.
