Hi,
We used the SEA-AD MTG's h5ad data object about two years ago. Then our access expired and we also no longer needed it. We recently got a new access request approved but now it seems that there is only unprocessed raw data available in all modalities (snRNA, snATAC) for all brain regions. Is it at all possible to directly get the counts data in the form of the h5ad object like last time?

It seems that there is no spatial data though, only RNAseq and ATACseq. The processed versions of the data that are released are available on our AWS Open Data Registry bucket: https://sea-ad-single-cell-profiling.s3.amazonaws.com/index.html (no DUA needed).
