Hello, I have WGS data from donors from the Adult Changes in Thought (ACT) Study that should be paired with individuals used for the SEA-AD snRNA-Seq study. Currently, I am having difficulting pinpointing any mapping from the SEA-AD IDs to the ACT IDs. For example, I am looking for a mapping that would convert an individualID from "H##.##.##" as seen in the SEA-AD metadata to something like "ACT#####". Any help on this front would be tremendously appreciated! Thanks, Zane Hamdan

@zhamdan1252 Hi Zane, I am the scientific project manager for the SEA-AD project. WGS data for the 84 donor SEA-AD cohort with our Allen Institute IDs ("H##.##.##) is available here: https://dss.niagads.org/datasets/ng00174/. 69/84 of the SEA-AD donors are ACT study donors. If you need to directly link Allen Institute IDs with ACT Study IDs, you will need to contact ACT, please email the ACT team at KPWA.actproposals@kp.org.
