Hi, How you guys doing? I reviewed the original MIT-ROSMAP publication, and the authors explicitly referenced global AD pathology and several other neuropathological and clinical variables as key features in their analysis. I checked ROSMAP_clinical, the meta data included in MIT-ROSMAP-Multiomics, and the github for this paper, but couldn't find these data. Could you help me find these? Thank you so much! I don't believe we have that information on Synapse, unfortunately. You will have to request that data from Rush using the links above. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Hi Thank you for the information! I'm looking for Global AD pathology that the author used which I believe is is counted as the mean of Diffuse Plaques, Neuritic Plaques, and Neurofibrillary tangles. I think Diffuse Plaques is missing here. Could you help me look into it? Best, Luokang
Hello, Can you list a few of the pathology variables you are looking for? That will help me figure out where to look. We only have a subset of the available metadata for ROSMAP on Synapse, however. If the variables you're looking for are not in any of the 3 places you checked, it is likely that you will have to make a request directly to Rush/RADC for this data.
