Hello, I see there are two studies that have processed AMP-AD data using common pipelines: rnaSeqReprocessing ([syn9702085](syn9702085)) and RNAseq Harmonization ([syn21241740](syn21241740)). The RNAseq Harmonization description says that it is an extension of the rnaSeqReprocessing, but I am trying to understand their relationship. It looks like rnaSeqReprocessing includes more data, such as raw data, intermediate processed data, and transcript abundance. I am also interested in analyzing data from the WGS Harmonization ([syn22264775](syn22264775)). Does this influence which study I should pull RNAseq data from? The data under rnaSeqReprocessing ([syn9702085](syn9702085)) provides some added flexibility, but I wasn't sure if the two RNAseq studies include the same subjects and IDs or if one is better matched to the WGS data? Thank you, Jeremy
